Client Engagement Specialist
Position Overview:
As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients. Your primary responsibility will be to educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and guide them through the purchasing process. You will work closely with clients to assess their energy needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ energy needs and present customized solar energy solutions.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of solar energy systems, financing options, and incentives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients throughout the sales process and post-installation.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project implementation.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulations to effectively communicate with customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and financing options is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
